Cornwood Collective – Terms of Business

These Terms of Business govern the relationship between Cornwood Collective Ltd (“Cornwood Collective”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and any client, partner, or customer (“you”, “your”) engaging with our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cornwood Collective is a specialist automotive business focused on the buying, sourcing, selling, and financing of bespoke vehicles. Our services include professional guidance, brokerage, and financial arrangements related to vehicles.

1. Vehicle Sourcing & Sales: We act as intermediaries in sourcing and selling bespoke vehicles according to your specifications.
2. Financing Services: Where applicable, we provide guidance and facilitation for vehicle financing.
3. Advisory Services: We provide advice related to purchasing, selling, or financing vehicles.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Client Obligations

1. You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the provision of our services.
2. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any financial or legal obligations arising from transactions or financing arranged through Cornwood Collective.
3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

4. Fees and Payment

1. Fees for services will be outlined in writing prior to engagement.
2. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe; late payments may incur interest or additional charges.
3. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your agreement with us.

5. Liability

1. Cornwood Collective acts as an intermediary and advisor and does not accept responsibility for third-party actions.
2. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services.
3. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared between you and Cornwood Collective is confidential unless disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority. We may, however, use anonymized information for reporting or business development purposes.

7. Data Protection

8. Termination

1. Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
2. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred prior to termination, including
fees owed.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

Cornwood Collective reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted online, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
